Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship orders within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. Some items ship directly from our brand partners and may arrive separately. These products are clearly noted on the product page.

A: We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of your order. Shipping fees will be calculated for you automatically at checkout so you know the exact cost before you buy.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if I don’t love my purchase?
A: We want you to be happy! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Just ensure items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping for the return will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at hello@shopneondream.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, for a different size only if we have it in stock. If you need a different item, reach out to us, and we’ll help facilitate an exchange.
Q: Are sale items eligible for returns?
A: Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Q: Are your products organic or sustainable?
A: While not every item is organic, we prioritize design-forward gifts with a focus on sustainability—including organic materials, eco-friendly packaging, and small-batch production whenever possible.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some of our most-loved items do restock, but many are limited edition or small-batch. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it’s gone!

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone?
A: Absolutely! Just enter their shipping details at checkout, and we’ll send it straight to them. You can even add a gift message at checkout!
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards in various amounts HERE.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
